Rainier Othello Safety Association (ROSA)
Purpose
ROSA works to prevent crime, build community and increase safety within an area surrounding the intersection of Rainier Ave. S. and S. Othello Streets.
Getting Involved
ROSA meets the second Monday of each month at 7:00 for a neighborhood walk where they discuss neighborhood issues and concerns.
General meetings occur bimonthly or as needed They have obtained funding from the city for significant neighborhood improvements most notably curbs and sidewalks.
